WHERE
FASHION
GETS MADE.
A sourcing and manufacturing market with a runway inside it. Designers and buyers meet the mills, factories and makers who build their product, in one room, in one day.

A runway was never
the hard part.
For ten years we put emerging designers in front of an audience. The question we got after every single show was the same one, and it was never about the runway. It was "where do I actually get this made."
So we built the other half. SFWRUNWAY is now a working market where the people who design, the people who buy and the people who manufacture are in the same room, with the runway, the competition and the beauty floor running alongside it.
New York buys it.
Los Angeles makes it.
Not the same show run twice. Each edition is built around what its city is actually good at, and most of our exhibitors do both.
New York
The buyer market. Retail buyers, department stores, online marketplaces and sales agencies are already in the city that week. We put them in a room with brands ready to wholesale and the factories behind them.
- Wholesale and buyer appointments
- Runway during New York Fashion Week
- Press and creator volume you cannot buy
Los Angeles
The sourcing market. LA is where product gets developed and sampled in this country. The floor is weighted to mills, factories, printers, pattern houses and trim, with the runway and competition on top.
- The full sourcing floor
- Sustainability Competition and Backstage Beauty Bar
- Private label development for retailers
The Los Angeles pilot, November 14 2026.
A small first run of the format in downtown LA. Limited tables, a shorter floor, one runway segment. It exists so our designers, students and first exhibitors get the room this season rather than waiting for February, and so the full editions launch on something we have already run.
Three sides,
one floor.
The market only works because all three show up. Each one is the reason the other two came.
Designers & brands
Walk the floor and meet mills, factories, printers, trim and packaging suppliers face to face. Show on the runway. Enter the competition. No cold emails, no Alibaba roulette.
Buyers & retailers
Discover independent brands ready to wholesale, and meet the factories who could produce your own private label. Both on the same day, in the same room. Buyers attend free.
Manufacturers & suppliers
A room of American designers, emerging brands and retail buyers actively choosing production partners, with product in hand and budget to spend. Your material on a runway, not on a table.
Four things,
one day.
Each one exists because it makes the others worth attending.

The Sourcing Floor
Manufacturers, fabric mills, screen printers, trim, packaging, pattern and sample houses. The people who actually make things, in person, taking meetings.

The Runway
Emerging designers show to buyers, press and creators. It is the reason the room gets photographed, and the reason your material ends up in the coverage.

The Sustainability Competition
Designers compete using sustainable and deadstock materials. Mills supply the fabric and watch their material walk, with a story attached.

The Backstage Beauty Bar
A live beauty floor running through the day. Product used on models and talent in front of artists, press and creators. An event within the event.
Sourcing,
five countries.
The market is one day. Our sourcing desk runs year round. We walk factory floors in person, get written quotes and real minimums, and bring samples back by hand.
China
Apparel, accessories, knitwear, hardware.
Los Angeles
Made in USA, fast turnaround, small runs.
Türkiye
Knitwear, denim, shorter lead times to US and EU.
Tunisia
EU-adjacent production, mid-volume runs.
Nigeria
Small batch, artisanal and heritage techniques.
We already have
the hard part.
Most sourcing platforms spend years and millions buying an audience of designers. We spent ten years building one.
Be first to know.
Dates, exhibitor applications, buyer passes, designer slots and new sourcing regions. We email when there is something real to say, which is not often.
Designers. Buyers.
Makers. One room.
Exhibitor applications and buyer passes are open for New York and Los Angeles.
Trusted by emerging designers, models, and creative brands across New York Fashion Week and beyond.
