SATIN Designer Package: FASHION WEEK REGISTRATION

SATIN — SFWRUNWAY at LA Fashion Week. Saturday, October 17, 2026. Downtown LA Fashion District.

Ten looks on the runway, with your brand name on the LED screen during your segment. Your looks run as one block, announced by name.

Full production handled: models, hair, makeup, staging, lighting, dressers and steamers are all included. You bring the collection.

You receive high-resolution photography and raw runway video with full usage rights, shared within 72 hours of the show. Your brand is listed on the event site and included in the group press release. Two guest tickets, with access to the rooftop VIP mixer.

Friday October 16 is load-in, fittings and a full run-through. Show day is not the first time your looks meet the runway.

HOW TO PAY
Choose "Deposit" to hold your slot for $1,000 — we'll invoice the balance across September 15 and October 9. Choose "Paid in full" to settle the whole $3,000 now.

KEY DATES
Lineup locks September 18. Assets due September 25. Balance due October 9.

Slots are transferable, not refundable. You may pass your slot to another designer at any point up to September 18. Cancel before September 18 and everything paid becomes credit toward any SFWRUNWAY show within twelve months. After the lineup locks, production is committed and payments cannot be credited.
